Belle Warner is Ben Wilburn Warner's wife.
Bio[]
When Beulah and Scotty were still together, Mr. Warner wished he had a girlfriend. BT Productions heeded his wishes and gave him Belle. After LTIB 100 was over, they got married. By the time of LTIB 101, their marriage has resulted in a child, named Wally Warner. This was a change from canon LTIB where Mr. Warner never got married and Wally was an adopted child.
